Tell us which app you are using and what happened. If something looked wrong on a screen, the screen's name is enough — we do not need a screenshot to start.
Subscriptions
A subscription bought inside an app is cancelled where it was bought — in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings, in two taps. You do not need to ask us first, and we will not ask you why.
If the store shows something different from what the app showed you before you agreed, write to us. That is a bug on our side, and we want to see it.
Your data
Every app can export and delete your data from its own Settings, without writing to anyone. What that covers is in the Privacy Policy.
